Limited to just 1,700 cars the 35th anniversay limited edition was only available in the UK and Japan. All finished in Almond Green as a throwback to the MK1 minis the anniversary edition celebrates. Also unique to this limited edition is the porcelain green leather interior with white piping and matching green leather steering wheel.

This example was imported to the UK from Japan in 2021, fully UK registered with V5 and showing 44,000 miles and no former UK keepers. Sold with original book pack including records of Japanese service history. The vendor advises the automatic gearbox has been recently rebuilt.

Japanese minis are sought after due to the general condition of the cars due to no use of salt on public roads and warmer climate meaning the cars are less susceptible to the usual mini corrosion. Japanese supplied Minis are sold with Air Conditioning as standard whereas UK models had it as an expensive optional extra rarely selected.
