Launched in 1996 the S4 series of the Lotus Esprit featured a full redesign over the previous generation and was the first Esprit to offer a V8 engine. Lotus' inhouse designed 3.5 litre all aluminium V8 with 2 Garett turbos was capable of producing upto 500BHP but was detuned to 350BHP when the car was put on sale in 1996.

This Calypso red example was first registered by JCT600 Lotus of Leeds in February 1998. Showing 6 former keepers with the current keeper owning the car since 2014.

Sold with a large history file including original book pack including service book detailing 17 services, the most recent at 64,000 miles. The most recent belt service at 61,000 miles.
