Sold new and first registered in July 1968 by Kennings of Harrogate. A deluxe model finished in Peat with Cherokee red trim with optional seat belts for a total cost of £656. Owned by the origianl keeper for 48 years where it remained in his garage while he used his Minor Traveller as his daily driver. Bought by the current keeper in 2015, he advises the original owner spent alot of time sat in the drivers seat but never driving the car. Keeping on top of regular maintenance an always keeping the car in good running order with regular oil changes.
Still wearing its seatbelt safety tags and in a truly unique as new condition. We know of 2 parts being replaced from original. The tyres and the battery. Even the hubcaps are still in the boot having never been fitted.
Sold with original sales invoice from Kennings of Harrogate, original brown log book (current V5 also included) as well as engineering report from april 2000 confirming a value in 2000 of £11,000 and confirming the cars originality and the mileage as genuine.
