Based on the E60 generation BMW 5 series. Redesigned by BMW approved tuners Alpina. Recognised as a manufacturer in there own right Alpina allowing Alpina to assign VIN numbers to ID there cars as well as each car receive a plaque above the rear view mirror with each cars build number (this example is car 113)

The B5 uses BMW N62, 4.4 litre V8 engine. Entirely upgraded by Alpina including new stronger engine block, forged crank shaft and pistons and a custom designed supercharger pushing the power output to 493BHP and 700NM of Torque.

Other upgrades include Alpina suspension, larger brakes based on the Middle Eastern spec BMW 760i, 19inch forged, staggered alloy wheels, Alpina bodykit and retrimmed interior finished in extended Lavalina leather with Alpina stitching and logos, upgraded wood trim and signature Alpina blue face dials.

This example was supplied new by Sytner BMW Harold Wood of Colchester in December 2005 who also carried out the PDI and running in service. Sold with original Alpina BMW book pack including service book with 19 service stamps, mostly carried out by BMW.
