Supplied new by William Yeates LTD of Leicestershire and first registered March 1971. Finished in Sahara beige metallic with Gold Metallic leather interior and fitted with optional extras including sunroof and 4 speed manual gearbox with overdrive mated to Volvo's 3 litre B30 engine.

This example was the subject of a light restoration including repaint in its original colours in 2013 and finished to a spectacular standard making this 164 easily one of the best around. Showing 46,000 miles and although we do not have enough paperwork to verify 100% we do believe when looking at the condition of the car and paperwork supplied this could well be correct.

Sold with original book pack including stamped service book, large collection of tax discs from 1972 through to the mid 2010s when the tax disc was abolished along with previous MOT certificates, receipts for servicing and maintenance, car magazine features and documents including an engine rebuild in 2020.
