Produced from 1964 till 1994 as a car for the people, with over 2 million produced making it the most succesfull east German car. Built using Duroplast a fibre enforced resin similar to Fibreglass and up until the end of 1990 used a 2 cylinder, 2 stroke engine (it was later replaced with a 4 cylinder, 4 stroke engine from VW)

Built and supplied new in Dresden, Germany in 1990 before being imported to the UK in 1998. Fully UK registered and sold with original german registration documents, photo from its trip over to the UK, most UK MOT certifcates as well as receipts for service and maintenance while in the UK.
