Rarely seen on the roads or for sale the C55 AMG was launched in 2005 to replace the earlier C36 model. Ditching the V6 in favour of Mercedes' M113 V8 engine. The same engine found in the SL55 AMG, the CL55AMG and most notably the AMG Formula 1 safety car!

Producing 362BHP from its 5.5 litre V8 allowing the C55 AMG to get to 60 in 4.7 seconds and on to an electronically limited top speed of 155mph. This even lesser seen estate (C203) variant was first registered in January 2005 and shows 157,000 miles and MOT till September next year. Fitted with optional extras including electronic sunroof, electric and heated seats with memory, dual zone climate control and cruise control ontop of the usual AMG extras.
