Launched in October 1982 the XR3i replaced the XR3 model with the most notable change being its new fuel injection system (hence the i added to the name) This early example was first registered May 1983, supplied by Ansa Motors of Cheste le Street. Finished in Diamond white with Monza interior. Presented in original condition and showing just 43,000 miles and only 3 previous keepers.

Owned by the current keeper for 20 years where it has spent most of its time off the road in a garage. Recently recomissioned and used lightly before being driven to our sale.

Sold with a large history file containing original book pack including service book with stamps from 1983 through to 1988 at 18,000 miles along with accompanying Ford service invoices and check lists. Then onto invoices for independant servicing through to 2020 when the car was recomissioned after 12 years off the road. Work inlcuded wheel bearings, timing belt, water pump, brake service and engine service. Other documents include many previoius MOT certificates and additional receipts for maintenance.

Also sold with 2 keys and imobiliser fobs as well as MOT till April next year.
