Easily the best example on the market today!

One of just 1,001 LE models produced, 580 GT coupes and 421 roadsters. All roadsters were finished in Bronze metallic and less than half of those cars were supplied with wire wheels (the majority came with GKN alloy wheels)

This example was first registered March 1981 (although all produced in 1980 no LE models were registered and delivered to customers until January 1981 due to factory closures) and has been the subject of a major restoration starting in 2021 when the current keeper acquired the car. Work including a full strip down, new castle rails, new wings, bonnet and front valance, all rust removed and the body fully repainted to a very high standard in its correct Bronze metallic.

At the same time the engine as removed, refreshed with new seals and a new clutch and new overdrive unit and the engine repainted. Other parts replaced included a new radiator, hoses, water tank and oil cooler.

Fitted with a new hood and refurbished frame, new interior carpet with new autumn gold insulation and interior re-trimmed in the original deck chair style but using vinyl instead of the original cloth.

Beautifully finished with a high attention to detail, showing 71,000 miles and now tax and MOT exempt.

Please see our walk around video for more information and engine start up
