Commisioned by its original owners and delivered in 1964 by Mills of Colchester, regularly known as a Colchester Wagon. Finished in its original colours of two tone green and presented in fantastic condition rarely seen on the market.

Laid out with a front bedroom, main living area into open plan U shaped kitchen and rear bathroom and fitted with many art deco style features specified new by the original owners. Upgraded in recent years with a log burner fire fitted to what is believed to be the original fire surround (originally fitted with a parafin fire) other features include 3 pin electrical sockets, water heater and wall and ceiling mounted lighting.

Sold with original large and small over door awnings as well as removable flue for fire.
