Registration: VHD183V
VIN: GCATWL010480
Mileage Showing: 9,000
Transmission: Manual
MOT: Exempt
First registered August 1979 in black with matching black interior. With traceably history from its second owner in 1984, the car was then sold to his brother in 1985 who kept the car on the road until a house purchase in 1992 saw the car dry stored for a number of years.
Meticulously restored by the current owner to a fantastic standard the car was taken down to a bare shell on a rotisserie where new wings were fitted and any corrosion was replaced with metal to the correct original spec before being rebuilt and painted in its original gloss black colour.
Sold with a large photo album detailing the strip down, restoration and rebuild of the car along with historic MOT certificates dating back into the 1980s as well as receipts from the restoration and a previous owner's diary of ownership.
Showing 9,000 miles although when looking at MOT certificates we believe this to be 109,000 (Ford's odometer resets at 99,999) and 5 former keepers. Now tax and MOT exempt.
A stunning example of an iconic Ford.
