Launched in March 2002 the Final Edition model was the runout limited edition of the facelifted D2 audi S8. Fitted with the later facelifted 40valve V8 engine producing 360BHP with Audi's Quattro four wheel drive system. The final edition was available in either Avus Silver or Ebony black with unique colour pack seeing extended leather interior including additional leather trim to the steering wheel, handbrake lever and gear lever available in either Brilliant Red, Mauve or Silver Grey Nappa leather.

Other upgrades include 20inch highly polished wheels, Bose audio and other interior upgrades

First registered July 2002 direct by Audi UK this limited edition "final edition" in Avus silver with Mauve exteneded Nappa leather interior shows 5 previous keepers. owned by the current keeper since 2020 where he advises he has carried out a light restoration on the car including bodywork and interior refresh as well as major service on the engine.
