Launched towards the end of the caddy production run, production was cut short in 1992 when the VW factory in Yugoslavia that provided all European Caddy models was closed due to the outbreak of the Bosnian war. Produced in very few numbers the Sport featured a sports bodykit by Zender, alloy wheels, Cashmere white paintwork and most importantly the 1.8 litre petrol engine and running gear from the Golf GTI.

This example was first registered in November 1991 and shows only 1 previous keeper before being bought by the current keeper in 1994. A cherished car from a long term owner of over 30 years. Showing 176,000 miles and with MOT till November. Sold with a large history file of invoices and receipts collected during over the last 30 years detailing servicing and maintenance.
