Launched in 1940 and evolved from the initial Model A through to the Model J in 1948. This Whizzer Model J was a full kit designed to fit to various pedal bikes. This example believed to be a 1948 and fitted to a Roadmaster bike built by the Cleveland Welding Company comes with copies of fitting instructions and user manuals as well as other documents including the Vintage Motorcycle club certificate dating and confirming ID numbers.
