Originally in service at Desborough Airfield in Kettering, Northants where it is believed to have covered very few miles on the airfield itself, its longest journey of its early years being 350 miles to Greenford and back 3 times aparantly taking the mileage up to 523 miles.

Fitted with a new engine in 1972 in Honeybourne where the mileage at that point was 553 before heading to OP Burberry fire division in 1977 where it stayed for many years with the mileage creeping up slowly.

In 2002 it was used in operation Fresco to cover the fireman's strike in Ripon north Yorkshire before being sold into private ownership in 2005.

Still fitted with all gear including ladders, pipes, hoses and coventry water pump. Now showing 5,000 miles and tax and MOT exempt. Sold with owners list of the vehicles ownership, locations and mileage covered.
